Philippa Woolf Scholarship application form

Applications for the 2024 Philippa Woolf Scholarship close on 30 April. Successful applicants will be announced in the last week of May.

To be eligible, applicants must be:

A member of AWE Network
A paid or volunteer professional in emergency management or a supporting organisation
An Australian citizen with a Unique Student Identifier (USI), or have an appropriate study visa to train in Australia
Committed to attending all five study sessions

Applications will be reviewed based on location diversity and responses to the nomination statement.

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend a short interview as part of the selection process.

1 April – Scholarship applications open
30 April – Scholarship applications close
By 30 May – Scholarship recipients announced
June-July – Study Period (5 x ½ day sessions – 4 to 7:30pm AEST on 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th June and 1st July 2025)
