The Australasian Women in Emergencies Network, Taumata Arowai, and Alex Hogg invite you to join us in-person or online for an exciting evening focused on being intentional and imposter syndrome.
Intentionality: How to Tackle Confidence Issues
Imposters Syndrome, is it something we all have; what Reshma Saujani called out as modern-day “bicycle face”; or something in-between? This talk will briefly step you through the theories, and focus on how you can help overcome confidence issues by being more intentional with your thoughts & actions.
Using stories (from the outrageous, you won’t believe they can possibly be true, to the everyday mundane we all experience), Alex will give you examples of intentionality; give three tips for tackling confidence issues; and leave you with the power of body language (& the wonderfully thought-provoking Amy Cuddy).
