Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australasian Women in Emergencies Network will be held on:
Wednesday 1 December 2021 at 5pm via Zoom. Details have been emailed to members.
This is the second AGM since the AWE Network was registered as an incorporated Association.
The business of the meeting will be:
1. To receive Committee Reports from the last preceding financial year
2. To elect officers of the Network and the ordinary members of the committee, by poll.
3. To receive and consider the financial statement submitted by the Network to members in accordance with section 100(1) of the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).

To be eligible to vote at the AGM, members must have a current membership of AWE as at 11 November 2021. You are recorded as a current member if you have received this notice.
If a quorum of 137 members is not present within 30 minutes after the commencement time, the meeting will be adjourned to Thursday 2nd December at 5pm using the same Zoom details.
